Wow this is cool! Mathew Hurst recently collected data and links for six weeks and produced a plot of the most active and interconnected parts of the blogging world.
Definitely worth taking some time to review and read about his efforts. These type of mapping exercises certainly put some perspective on the depth of blogging and its' potential impact on the world.
